For a Dutch business unit of an international company we provided innovative recruitment solutions to find and employ IT staff in a short time. One of these solutions was the hiring of a team of migrants with the required high level skill sets. For this customer we have successfully installed a team of five Rumanian and two Italian IT professionals.
New recruitment instrumentsFor a middle size IT hiring company we developed a plan to increase the recruitment intensity of new IT professionals. We guided the Corporate Recruiter and HR in developing a new vision on the labor market and recruitment. As result we implemented new recruitment instruments and methods that generated the needed relevant candidates in a short timeframe.
A cross border strategy pays offFor an international bank we recently defined an approach to intensify the recruitment of new employees by getting the English language accepted as working basis. As result candidates from South Africa, the US and Germany have joined the team. Their contribution is adding the desired value and English as base language is now generally accepted.
