Qual-IT-y Solutions, active in innovative recruitment projects for the ICT industry, started with the recruiter for a day concept.

With this concept we meet the recruitment needs of small and medium size ICT companies. At least one day per week, we will recruit new personnel for them.

Small specialized companies with great growth potential are often unable to recruit enough qualified personnel. A permanent employee of Qual-IT-y Solutions supports the company in formulating its own identity in the labor market, write commercial job profiles and of course fill in the vacancies. Convinced of the success we offer this work partly based on a success fee.
